Spadeworks path towards sustainability started in 2008 with an emphasis on 100% organic cotton for most of our woven and knit products. The thrust continued with BCI, recycled polyester, recycled yarns from ocean waste, recyclable yarns, Lenzing modal, Bamboo and Ecovera viscose. Packaging and trims followed with usage of recycled, recyclable and bio-degradable materials. Spadeworks’ commitment towards sustainability has led many of our clients to adopt and increase their sustainability offerings in their products and collections.

Spadeworks manages all of the quality process for its clients. All of Spadeworks' quality controllers have a strong manufacturing background. There are quality controllers designated for specific areas such as

1. Sampling and fits
2. In line checks
3. Final inspection

Final inspections are done based on an AQL standard of 2.5. Special products go through an AQL check of 1.0 and some even a 100% inspection . Spadeworks' rigorous quality control comes out of its strength in understanding product thereby enabling meticulous planning of the various quality processes in order to maintain highest levels of product integrity.
